New patch for Diablo II?

Apperently there is some rumors going around that there is going to be a small update for Diablo II. This has yet to be confirmed but according to Diablo3.com this is happening.

Exactly what this patch will bring has not yet been stated. Who knows perhaps even a ladder reset?

More information will follow in this topic as soon as we find out anything else.

More D3 Information

So I just browsed some internet gaming sites when I found on the Gamasutra website some information about the new "Team 3" which has been created over at Blizzard. This team as this article confirms states that its work is seperate from Starcraft & Warcraft teams.

The team is reported to include 40 members and senior vice president of product development Frank Pearce said "eam 3 is working on something really awesome. I can’t give you any hints, but it’s totally awesome."

So this leaves us with little options. Either Blizzard is working on something toally new OR they are workin on Diablo 3.
